Food / Kitchen notebook

Notes from my kitchen.

Food that supports the work and still tastes like food.

Smaller portions of carbs, larger portions of protein, fewer foods loaded with added sugar, and no attempt to turn every meal into homework.

The approach

Simple enough to repeat.

Familiar ingredients. Flexible meals.

I keep protein at the center, make room for foods I genuinely enjoy, and let hunger—not an arbitrary schedule—tell me when it is time to eat.
